Last year’s musical, Elf, Jr., was absolutely Sparklejollytwinklesjingley! We know we cannot put on a great show without the help of our amazing sponsors.  First, thank you for your continued support over the years.

This year, we are FINtastically excited to announce FINDING NEMO, JR. as our Spring 2026 musical. Swim along for the ride with us on Friday, May 1st, and Saturday, May 2nd, at 7:30 PM.
Would you be willing to help us "Just Keep Swimming" by sponsoring our show? Your support will offset the costs for purchasing the playwright, covering royalty fees, costumes, the set, special effects, props, and sound equipment.

There are FOUR sponsorship levels to choose from:

• Level 1 🦈SHARK BAIT: $50 - $99 (receives 1 complimentary ticket)
• Level 2 🐟MARLIN: $100 - $149 (receives 2 complimentary tickets)
• Level 3 💙BLUE TANG: $150 - $249 (receives 3 complimentary tickets & reserved seating)
• Level 4 🐠CLOWNFISH: $250 or more (receives 4 complimentary tickets & the "BEST SEATS IN THE HOUSE")

In addition to the tickets, your name, or the name of your business, and your sponsorship level will be prominently displayed in our playbill that is distributed at each show.

On Sunday evening, December 6, the TCS Christmas Choir performed THE PROMISE OF CHRISTMAS at Timberlake Baptist Church in Lynchburg, VA. You can watch the recording here if you missed it! It was a delightful celebration of the birth of our Messiah!

Did you miss our 2021 TCS Elementary Christmas Program on December 2? You can watch all 150+ children perform BEHIND THE MANGER SCENES for our school family! 

SPORT SEASON UPDATE: 
The volleyball and soccer teams have had good seasons.

• Middle School Volleyball finished 16-2 and was Runner-Up in their VACA Tournament.  
• JV Volleyball finished 21-3 and won their VACA Tournament.  
• Varsity Soccer made the VACA State Final Four and lost a tough match in the Semifinals to Blue Ridge Christian 2-1.  
• Varsity Volleyball won their VACA Regional Tournament and are still set to compete in the VACA State Tournament as well as the VISAA Tournament.  

​Thursday, December 2nd at 7:00pm. Exciting things are happening in the small town of Bethlehem! TCS will present the Elementary Christmas Program which will take a “behind the scenes” tour of the Christmas story. The 1st through 5th grade students have been diligently practicing and are excited to share this presentation about the birth of Jesus Christ. Our elementary students are the actors and choir. Family and friends are invited to attend the free program on Thursday, December 2nd at 7:00pm in the gym.

VENDORS & SPONSORS NEEDED! Christmas at the Ridge is back at River Ridge Mall!  TCS is excited to partner with Something Else Boutique as a fundraising opportunity for the school.  TCS will receive a donation for each vendor and/or sponsor we bring to the store.  The shop will feature products and merchandise from a variety of vendors which will be professionally displayed by Something Else Boutique.  Last years event was a HUGE success for all.  Christmas at the Ridge will open on November 26th and run through Christmas Eve, December 24.  If you would be interested in signing up as a vendor or sponsor to benefit TCS, complete the Jot Form below.

Our annual Fall Festival will be held on November 13th from 9 am till 1 pm. There will be vendors, a silent auction, children's games, petting zoo, and much more! If you wish to be a vendor or a sponsor, you can find out more information here, and register here.

If you wish to sponsor the event your information will be emailed to all parents and teachers at Timberlake Christian when we send out the event flyers! Sponsorship is $100 (includes a 5' x 5' space) or $150 (includes a 10' x 10' space). This is a great way to reach hundreds of people and support a great cause. ​

If you would like to become a vendor, the vendor fee is $30 for a 5' x 5' space or $60 for a 10' x 10' space. Only one vendor per company will be allowed once you sign up. 

All vendors are required to provide an item (minimum $20 value) for marketing/promotional giveaways. Be sure to choose something that best represents your business or brand and don't forget to attach a business card!
