Children's Tuition Fund (VA Scholarship Tax Credit)

ABOUT CTF

Sponsored and coordinated by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) Southeast Regional Office, the Children’s Tuition Fund (CTF) of Virginia is a scholarship program that provides tuition assistance for qualifying families with low to moderate incomes to attend Timberlake Christian Schools. This program is mutually beneficial to both TCS students and donors.

DONATE & OBTAIN TAX CREDIT: STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Visit: childrenstuitionfund.org/states/virginia/information-for-contributors-virginia/

Step 2: Download and complete the Pre-Authorization Form (click the Preauthorization Request Form link, complete the document, and save): https://acsi.formstack.com/forms/va_preauthorization_tax_credit_request​

Step 3: Electronically Submit Pre-Authorization Form to Children’s Tuition Fund
Revisit the link shown in Step 1 above and upload your Preauthorization Form, and submit the form to CTF VA. 

Step 4: Once approved (usually immediately), CTF of VA will send you a copy of your "Preauthorization Notice".

    **CTF of VA will process your contribution with the VDOE and notify the school.
    **Once scholarship recipients are selected, funds will be sent to the school directly.

Donation Min/Max: Individuals (minimum of $500 with maximum of $125,000); Businesses (no minimum or maximum)

​Non-Online/Mail Donation: Please mail the following information to the Children’s Tuition Fund, 731 Chapel Hills Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80920.
​

• Donation check made payable to Children’s Tuition Fund, 
• DOE Approval Letter with Part I completed and signed, and
• Personalized note requesting the donated funds be designated to Timberlake Christian Schools (Forest, VA).

Step 6: Donor Receives Tax Credit Certificate from the DOE
